Baie dankie aan Ivan en Chantel vir julle vriendlikheid en gasvryheid! Dit was ons 2de kuier by julle en ons sien julle defnitief weer. Dankie ook dat ons ons hondjies kon saam bring. Ons het baie lekker gerus en die kos was fantasties!! En die spa was ook uit die boeke uit-dankie :) Hou aan met wat julle doen!

We stopped over at Bergwaters overnight on our way to Kruger Park with visiting Aussie friends. It was the perfect end to a long day of travel from Cape Town with friendly personal service, a relaxed environment, good food and comfortable rooms .Sady, we didn't have enough time to savour everything else that was on offer

A huge thank you to Ivan and Chantel for the most awesome, relaxing weekend. It was the most welcome we have ever felt at a home away from our home. The food was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The Spa treatments were beyond awesome. You guys are definitely doing something right. Ivan and Chantel your hosting skills were excellent. Huge thank you to Chantel & Ivan for their hospitality during our recent overnight stay at Bergwaters. The ability and willingness to adjust and accommodate the professional treatment received by my wife at short notice at the spa was appreciated. The rooms were spacious/clean and well equipped, making our stay a pleasant one, amidst the tranquil setting.
The meal presented, was found to be of a good standard/quality, and we will definitely include this resort in any future planned trips into the area or KNP.
Well worth a visit or treat.

We came to Bergwaters to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. With the assistance of Ivan and Chantel, we managed to provide my wife with the wonderful weekend of her life. The delicious cake presented by Ivan to my wife and the decorated room with a nice bottle of champagne was a cherry on top. Congratulations also goes to your professional staff and I can only say WOOW for the spa treatment we received. We had a fantastic time at Bergwaters. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the biscuits were delicious. Meals were great and served in a relaxed atmosphere with the crackle of a fire that was lit each evening. Emmarentia who was the therapist who did our massages was very professional. We really relaxed and felt rejuvenated afterwards. Our stay at Bergwaters was the perfect sanctuary to revive and destress. I will recommend bergwaters to friends and we hope to be back soon. Karen and Craig.
