Rates for Accommodation & Meals

Our standard and high season rates for accommodation, amoungst the most competative in Waterval Boven area, are described by room type below. Our onsite restaurant can cater for extra meals and day visitors are welcome. We serve a set menu for dinner, however special dietary requirements can be catered for by arrangement. Please take note of the meal times indicted below. Alternative meal times can be arranged.

Children:

• Children 3 - 12 years sharing with adults are charged at 60% of the adult rate
• Children under 3 sharing with parents  - no charge

Meals:

All meals available to guests, day visitors by arrangement (booking essential)

Meal Times:

Breakfast is served from 08h00 till 09h00 Monday to Friday, 08h30 till 10h00 on weekends and public holidays.
Dinner is served from 19h00 and our kitchen closes at 20h30.
Alternative times by arrangement only.

Deposit policy:
The value of the booking is payable at time of reservation to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to arrival date forfeit 10% of the total amount quoted.
Cancellations made 22 to 28 days prior to arrival date forfeit 20% of the total amount quoted.
Cancellations made 14 to 21 days prior to  arrival date forfeit 50% of the total amount quoted.
Cancellations made 0 to 13 days prior to arrival date forfeit 100% of the total amount quoted.

No show Policy:
Full value of booking is due.
